On this episode, Amanda Ashley welcomes Darcy Staniforth, an academic, writer, performer and paranormal investigator. She has been interested in the paranormal since she was very young and that interest has carried into both her personal and professional life. Darcy holds a B.A. and a M.A. in American Studies and in addition to the paranormal, her research areas include race and ethnicity, gender and sexuality, ideals and institutions, and death, dying and grief in American culture. Darcy is also a podcaster, comedian,writer,and amateur magician. She currently resides in a haunted house in Southern CA.
